THE annual Ahmdiyya Muslim Community Peace Symposium took place in Rosyth Parish Church on Saturday.
A crowd of 75 local members and dignitaries attended the event and enjoyed a number of speeches on establishing peace in the world, a keynote address by Imam of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and a poem sung by their children.
MSP Alex Rowley, Cllr Gordon Pryde, Cllr Gavin Ellis, Lt Commander Robert Swift from the Royal Navy, Rev Peter Gill from Stirling, Rev Alistair Ridland, Robert Williamson from the Universal Peace Federation and Jack Gold, who represented the Jewish Community, were all in attendance.
After the presentation of speeches and the performance from the Ahmdiyya Muslim Community's children, dinner was served to the guests.
