THERE will be a temporary road closure in Kincardine from Monday (December 4).

A section of Bank Street, from number 15 to 21, will be shut to allow Scottish Power "energy works to be carried out in safety".

The closure will be in place from 8am on Monday to midnight on Friday December 8, or earlier completion of the job.

The alternative route for traffic will be via Bank Street, Forth Street and John Street.

Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
