Dunfermline Choral Union are holding their Christmas concerts in the Vine Conference Centre this Saturday.

Known as 'the Choral' began in 1874 and will be joined in their concert by guest string quartet and their regular musical contributors.

This year the group had the appointment of their first ever patron, mezzo-soprano Frances McCafferty, and the launch of their 150th anniversary season.

It is also musical director Mandy Miller’s 30th season in the role. The concert will have a mix of traditional carols and contemporary festive favourites.

Booking online in advance is recommended. The choir will perform on Saturday, December 9 at 3pm and 7.30pm.
