A FREE event to help employers with flexible working practices will be held in Dunfermline next month.
The session, organised by Fife Gingerbread and Flexibility Works, will take place in the Glen Pavilion on February 20 bwtween 9.30am and 11.30am.
Supported by Business Gateway Fife and Fife Council, the event aims to support employers by providing examples around implementing flexible working practices and how you can create flex to suit businesses and employees.

With vacancy levels remaining high and unemployment low, 2024 continues to be a challenging time for employers looking to recruit and retain staff.
Attendees will gain insight and advice from major employers in Fife – including representatives from Pitreavie Packaging, Gowrie House Care Home, and Fife Council – who will outline conditions they offer, what challenges they have overcome and how flexible working has benefited their businesses.
Fife Gingerbread and Flexibility Works will also share their insight into how greater flexible working can help family finances and play a part in reducing childhood poverty.
