BUSES are set to replace Scotrail train services on part of the Fife Circle this weekend.
Engineering works are taking place between Dunfermline City and Cowdenbeath stations.
To allow this to take place, buses will replace trains between Inverkeithing and Glenrothes with Thornton via Dunfermline City, and Inverkeithing and Markinch / Ladybank via Dunfermline City, on Saturday, January 13 and Sunday, January 14.
Advice on travelling on a rail replacement service, including accessibility and bicycle information can be found here.
Information on bus replacement services can be found by checking station signs or by searching for your station on the National Rail station information pages.
Scotrail has also advised that replacement vehicles may be busier than usual, and passengers should allow extra time for their journeys.
