A amber weather warning is now in place in Fife as strong winds associated with Storm Isha begin to batter the country.
The latest warning from the Met Office came into force at 6pm, with damaging winds expected to impact on transport and infrastructure. Scotrail is suspending all train services from 7pm tonight.
Gusts of 70-80mph are expected in inland areas, and up to 90mph in more exposed areas.

The Met Office warns that flying debris could result in a danger to life, damage to buildings and homes is possible, with roofs blown off and power lines brought down, and travel disruption is likely, including delays and cancellations to bus and train services.
The amber warning is in force overnight until 6am tomorrow.
There is also yellow warning for heavy rain covering part of Fife that came into effect at 3pm today, and could lead to some flooding and transport disruption. That warning continues until midnight.
