FIFE POLICE seized an off-road bike last night (Tuesday) after receiving complaints in Dalgety Bay.
The bike was observed by community officers who were patrolling the area and the driver has since been reported to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
Sharing the news on their X (formerly Twitter), Police Scotland South West Fife, wrote: "You can only ride off-road bikes on private land with the land owner's permission.
"If we see it we're having it."
