A 43-year-old man has been sentenced for sex offences committed against a young girl in the Dunfermline area.
Andrew Tait, of Tourhill Road, Onthank, Kilmarnock, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.

He admitted that between 12th March and 3rd November 2020, he intentionally caused a girl aged 16 to look at a sexual image, exposed his genitals to the girl via a social media application and sent her a video of him masturbating.
Sheriff Garry Sutherland imposed a community payback order with two years of supervision and Tait was put on the sex offenders register for the same period.
