A GROUP of masked men have been seen attempting to break into homes in Dunfermline.
A resident of Middlebank Rise posted security camera footage on social media of four men wearing balaclavas at the rear of their property.
The post added that one home in nearby Middlebank Avenue had also had its door damaged during an attempted break-in.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed they were investigating.
“Officers received a report of an attempted break-in at a property on Middlebank Avenue, Dunfermline, which happened around 2.30am on Tuesday, February 6, 2024," they said.
“Enquiries are at an early stage and ongoing.”
