A DUNFERMLINE charity has been awarded a grassroots grant from Asda St Leonard's.
The Abbeyview Kids Club were given £999 from the supermarket chain which will now be used to purchase new equipment for the children.
A spokesperson for the Kids Club told the Press: "It's just been a fantastic help, it's just fantastic that we can utilise the money.
"The cost of living affected everybody, especially small charities, so to be able to purchase new equipment for the children is phenomenal."
High-vis vests, arts and crafts supplies, and a new laptop and a printer for the children to use will all be bought with the generous donation.
Julie McKell, the Community colleague at Asda St Leonard’s, said: "We were delighted to help them and cannot wait to see some of the items they will purchase."
Abbeyview Kids Club fundraise throughout the year to be able to purchase equipment for the children.
