MOMENTOS and furniture from an Aberdour hotel are being sold off before the site is redeveloped.
The Woodside Hotel is selling off items in a silent auction with furniture, pictures and catering equipment among the things set to go under the hammer.
The B-listed High Street property dates back to 1875. However, after its owners previously said keeping it as a viable business was "virtually impossible", planning permission to create two houses and three flats in its place was granted last year.
Owners John and Lis McTaggart took over the Victorian-era hotel in 2017 and last year put it on the market for £750,000.

The development will see the central main part of the hotel turned into three distinct high quality flats while the west wing will become a single four-bedroom home.
The smaller laundry building to the rear will be turned into a smaller one-bedroom home.
The existing rear outbuildings, which house the kitchens and toilets along with the bar and restaurant, will be demolished to form gardens or extensions to the proposed properties.
The external appearance of the Woodside – particularly from High Street – will remain unchanged.
With the redevelopment set to begin in the coming months, the couple have decided to sell off items which they don't need.
The hotel will be open on Sunday, March 24 from 3pm for anyone who wants to view pieces on sale and bids can be made here.
