DULOCH Spiderman 'weaved his webs' at the Falkirk Wheel and abseiled down the structure to raise funds for charity.
Local superhero Dave Roper completed the challenge last month, abseiling the 100ft drop and raising £415 for Alzheimer Scotland.
Speaking to the Press, Dave said: "It was a fantastic event for a fantastic cause and I'm very grateful for all of the donations for Alzheimer Scotland."
Organised by the charity, the target for fundraising was £200, which Dave doubled, but his personal target for the event was £500, which he is still hoping to reach.
This was his first-ever abseil and Dave took the event in his stride, making it down much quicker than he expected.
And now that he's caught the abseiling bug, he plans to do another abseiling event, this time from the Forth Bridge.
He continued: "I'm really looking forward to abseiling higher in June for Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland."
