A Dunfermline-based permanent makeup artist has received a letter from an MP recognising her achievement in being shortlisted for an award.
As previously reported in the Press, Anita Guild has been shortlisted for the finals of the Scottish Nails Brows Lashes Awards.
She posted on her business Facebook page that she has received a letter from Douglas Chapman, MP for Dunfermline and West Fife, congratulating her achievement.
Anita previously told the Press: “I was very surprised when I received the information of being shortlisted for the finals as I didn't know I've even been nominated! I'm very happy with being nominated and shortlisted as Brow Expert of the Year 2024 Award.
"This nomination is very special and important to me, as they are made by the public. Which means my name has been put through by my customers.
“My business was founded on two main principles: outstanding service and helping others to feel good about themselves. This nomination, to me, is proof that it's working and I'm doing something right.”
