Aberdour Primary School achieved a second-place finish at the Fife area finals of the Rotary Primary School’s Quiz competition.
Finishing as runners-up in the event means they've qualified for the North of Scotland District final in Aberdeen this June.
The school has been supported by Inverkeithing and Dalgety Bay Rotary Club and the Aberdour team of Ruben Craik, Evan Fenner, Dougal Jones, Lucas Mallon and Freya Mitchell won the local heat to reach the Fife finals.

Contestants had to answer questions on a range of subjects including the human body, mathematics, music, general knowledge, and much more.
Other West Fife schools also achieved great results. Dunfermline’s Masterton Primary School finished third-equal with a school from Kinnesswood. Masterton PS was sponsored by Carnegie Dunfermline Rotary Club.
Crossford Primary School, supported by West Fife Rotary Club, and Pittencrieff Primary School, supported by Dunfermline Rotary Club, also made it to the Fife area final.
