Safer Communities Fife had some unexpected visitors yesterday (Wednesday, May 8).
Officers in Halbeath came across a duck and her ducklings in their car park yesterday (Wednesday, May 8). Staff rounded up the little family and guided them to safety until the Scottish SPCA turned up.
Team Manager Patricia Spacey said: "No two days are ever the same when it comes to the Safer Communities! Staff based at the council's Halbeath depot came across a duck and her brood of little ducklings in the car park this morning. They were rounded up and kept safe until the SSPCA could pick them up."
