A FIFE charity is set to host a mental health drop-in in Dunfermline next week. 

Fife Voluntary Action (FVA) are hosting the event in celebration of  Mental Health Awareness Week, which runs from Monday, May 13 to Sunday, May 19, at the Community Support Hub in the city from 10 am to 2 pm on Wednesday, May 15. 

The Community Support Hub, which opened in February 2024, is a multi-purpose centre providing a range of free services to the local community.

Helping over 1,000 to date, the Hub provides advice and financial information, crisis support, budgeting and financial management, employment support, and volunteering. 

Free for everyone to attend, third and public sector partners of the Hub will be there to showcase their services and help people access the support they need.

A vital event for anyone looking for mental health support, FVA will be promoting services that improve mental health, including legal advice, benefits support, drugs and alcohol counselling, financial advice and management, and more.
