Indie new wave band The Bluebells - who enjoyed their biggest hit due to a TV advert - are heading to Dunfermline this December.
The band, best known for their hit 'Young at Heart', will be playing at PJ Molloys on Thursday, December 12.
The Bluebells were formed in the early 1980s and enjoyed three top 10 hits in the UK singles charts with 'I'm Falling', 'Cath' and 'Young at Heart', before splitting in the middle of the decade.
Since then, though, they've reformed on a number of occasions, including in 1993 after 'Young at Heart' featured on a Volkswagen TV advertisement, with the song topping the charts for four weeks, resulting in the band getting back together to appear on Top of the Pops.
Later that year, they released the album 'The Singles Collection', which made it into the top 30 of the UK Album charts, and since then they've got together a few times between 2008 and the present.
As well as their gig in Dunfermline, The Bluebells will be heading to Edinburgh and Aberdeen as part of their tour at the end of the year.
Tickets are on sale now on gigantic.
