EAGLE eyed Culross residents will have spotted some famous faces around the village as yet another TV production starts filming.
As reported by the Press, film crews were back in Culross to film the Outlander prequel, dubbed Blood of My Blood.
Now, studios just can’t get enough of west Fife, with Alan Carr himself touching down in Culross to commence filming for the upcoming Netflix show Peter.
Not much about Peter is known at this stage, but local resident Tim Collins confirmed that stars of the show had been spotted in the village.
“This is the one they’re calling Peter,” he said. “Locally, it’s known as Peter and they had all this stuff set up in the village green.
“They had an old-fashioned helter skelter, a wee stage, lots of market stalls and candy stripe market stalls.
“They did a lot of stuff around the area to decorate Culross for how they wanted it and apparently, they’re moving up to Mercat Cross to do some stuff there.”
As Tim previously told the Press during the filming for the Outlander prequel, business around the town tends to be unaffected during production.

However, trade traffic in the months after the show is aired is significantly higher as fans of the show visit the filming locations.
“At the time, it’s very disruptive,” Tim continued. “But it’s nice when all the visitors come afterwards.
“When the film is released, you get all the audience that want to see where it was shot and it’s good exposure for the village.
“Increase in footfall is always good for the village and it increases the business here and keeps the place alive.
“It’s a definite tourist attraction now with the various films that have been shot here over the years.”
