A drug-driver only did five out of 300 hours of unpaid work, landing himself behind bars.
Dylan Allan, 20, of Sir George Bruce Road, Oakley, appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court by video-link from prison.
He had been sentenced in May last year but breached the order.
He had admitted that on January 26, 2022 at Whins Road, Alloa, he drove a van when over the limit for cannabis.
His reading was 6.9 microgrammes of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per litre of blood, the limit being 2 microgrammes.
He also drove carelessly in Whins Road and collided with another vehicle.
Allan was banned from driving for four years.
Defence solicitor Charlott Watt said that being held in custody for a month had been an “eye-opening” experience for her client and something he did not want to repeat.
Sheriff Bowie imposed a new community payback order with 300 hours of unpaid work and warned Allan: “You’ll not get another chance."
