A 45-year-old man has been banned from the roads for failing to comply with a breath test on the motorway near Kelty.
Scott Anderson, of Green Park, Kinross, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on November 12 last year on the M90 northbound at Kelty he failed to provide breath specimens.
Sheriff Neil Kinnear banned Anderson from driving for a year and fined him £260.
