A SECTION of the M90 motorway near Rosyth will be closed for three nights.

Investigation works will be carried out at the Admiralty and Masterton junctions from Monday June 3 to Thursday June 6 between the hours of 8pm and 6am.

The M90 will be closed between junctions 1C to 2 each night.

Dave Bishop, Bear Scotland’s south east bridges manager, said: “These investigation works on the M90 Admiralty Junction and Masterton Viaduct will identify the current condition to programme future repair works.

“It is essential for safety that we close the carriageway during these works, however we’ve scheduled them to be carried out primarily during overnight hours to minimise any disruption.

“We thank motorists in advance for their patience while our teams carry out these improvements.”
