HEAVY rain and thunderstorms are forecast for across Fife over the next two days.
The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for rain from 1pm today (Sunday) until midnight.
A further yellow weather warning for thunderstorms is in place from 11am tomorrow (Monday) until 10pm that night.
According to the Met Office: "Heavy showers and possible thunderstorms on Sunday afternoon and evening may lead to some flooding and transport disruption."
That could lead to journey times being longer and bus and train services being affected.
Tomorrow, the warning states that "slow-moving heavy showers and thunderstorms may cause flooding and disruption in places".
The warning urges people to expect possible power cuts and homes and businesses being potentially flooded.
