A DOMINO'S takeaway is set to be delivered to Halbeath after a planning application was given the green light.
Permission has been granted for the change of unit at the Pittsburgh Retail Park from retail to a hot food takeaway with associated works including the installation of a new door, air conditioning units, extraction fan, grille and alterations to shopfront.
A separate application for Domino's signage at the site has also been approved.
Under the plan, the store will be open seven days a week from 11am until 11pm.

A report from Fife Council planners said the proposals met planning guidelines.
It added: "The proposal is compatible with the area in terms of land use, design and scale. Furthermore, no significant impacts would arise in regard to existing levels of amenity or road safety.
"The application is, therefore, recommended for conditional approval."
