A MAN suffered a seizure after being attacked and repeatedly punched in a Dunfermline park.
The culprit was 28-year-old Alistair Stewart, of Abel Place, Dunfermline.
He appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for sentencing by video-link from prison.
He admitted that on 27th October at Pittencrieff Park, Dunfermline, he assaulted another man by repeatedly punching him on the head to his injury.
Sheriff Wylie Robertson noted that the victim had taken a seizure following the attack.
Stewart is already serving a prison term for another matter.
Sheriff Robertson jailed Stewart for six months for this latest offence.
