FIRE crews rushed to the city centre in Dunfermline after reports of a blaze at a pub.
The alarm was raised around 7.40pm with a fire on the first floor of the Monarch Bar in James Street.
Three appliances were sent to the scene and firefighters used a hose reel jet and breathing apparatus.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "The fire was on the first floor and it's out now.
"All persons were accounted for and there were no casualties."
