A MAN has been arrested after an attempted robbery in Dunfermline this afternoon (Thursday).
Police were called to the Nisa store, which includes a Post Office branch, at Abbey View shortly before 2.15pm.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “We were called around 2.15pm on Thursday, 13 June, to a report of an attempted robbery at a premises on Abbey View in Dunfermline.
“Officers attended and a 36-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
