FRED Olsen have announced a summer sale on their cruise ship departures from Rosyth.

The company said two of the liners setting sail from the West Fife town between July and August will be included.

The Rosyth departures in the summer sale are:

  • Balmoral’s 11-night L2422 ‘The Life and Landscapes of Iceland’ cruise, departs from Rosyth on 22nd July 2024:  Leaving from Rosyth and touring Iceland, passengers will have the opportunity to discover volcanic wonders, such as the Snæfellsjökull Glacier, witness thundering waterfalls and spurting geysers, and take the chance to encounter humpbacks on a whale-watching.

  • Balmoral’s 15-night L2424 ‘Portugal’s Islands in Search of the Meteor Shower’ cruise, departs from Rosyth on 7th August 2024:  Leaving from Rosyth and touring Portugal, passengers will be able to discover the natural wonders of the Azores, join ORCA to search for marine life from Balmoral, and see the Perseid Meteor Shower and hydrangeas in bloom.
