A DUNFERMLINE-based business has announced that it will be rebranding. 

Kalopsia Creative will now be named KC Manufacturing.

KC is a product developer and textiles manufacturer of accessories, apparel and homeware, such as cushion covers, bags or clothing for your brand, shop or business. 

It's based in Gardener’s Street in Dunfermline.

Mr Robertson said the new identity furthers its dedication to exploring innovative product solutions and expanding its business horizons.

Since being certified as a social enterprise business in 2016, its primary focus has been on driving social change and promoting sustainable practices within the industry, operating out of Dunfermline since 2020.

He continued: "This new venture opens the door to endless possibilities for collaboration and innovation.

"This new identity is a reflection of our business growing into a fully-fledged textile product manufacturing company.”

In addition, KC Manufacturing has also announced a new partnership with SSEAMS, a multi-disciplinary apparel creative team.

Diane Borthwick, managing director of SSEAMS, said: “After many years working in overseas markets, we are delighted to focus our attention toward onshore manufacturing.

"Our combined teams have created a central apparel and textile hub in Scotland and we welcome brands to work with us. It’s time to bring textile manufacturing home.”

This collaboration offers a one-of-a-kind service unique to Scotland, promoting collaboration and sharing best practices to deliver a streamlined and personal experience for their customers.

KC Manufacturing and SSEAMS said they believe in the UK textile manufacturing industry and "feel that their partnership not only enables on-shore production that benefits their close-to-home UK network but also builds an infrastructure for global expansion".
