A Dunfermline man caught drink-driving has “previous for this sort of nonsense”.
Paul Adam, 25, of Peirson Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 18th May at Peirson Road, he drove a car having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Allan Findlay was unimpressed and told Adam: “You’ve previous for this sort of nonsense.”
Sentencing was deferred for reports until 17th July and a temporary driving ban was imposed until then.
Forfeiture of the vehicle will also be considered on that date.
