A WOMAN was treated at Victoria Hospital yesterday (Tuesday) following a crash in Dunfermline.

Officers were called to the accident on Townhill Road after receiving reports of a two-car collision. 

A 66-year-old driver was reported in connection with a road traffic offence. 

​A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.15am on Tuesday, June 25, we received a report of a two-vehicle crash on Townhill Road, Dunfermline.

"Emergency services attended, and a 23-year-old woman was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy for treatment.

"A 66-year-old woman has been reported in connection with a road traffic offence."
