A WOMAN was chased, kicked and struck by her partner during an assault in Cairneyhill.
The victim was repeatedly pursued by 43-year-old Bryan Morgan as he tried to punch her.
Morgan, of Pitdinnie Avenue, Cairneyhill, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on August 29 last year at Pitdinnie Avenue, he assaulted his partner, repeatedly pursued her, attempted to punch her on the head, kicked her causing her to be pushed into the air, falling to the ground and he struck her again.

Sheriff Allan Findlay deferred sentencing for good behaviour until December 18.
He commented: “If you behave yourself for six months that will be the end of it.”
He was told the couple are still together and the sheriff responded: “Okay, well behave yourself.”
