PLANS for the erection of a one and a half storey outbuilding, a single storey extension and a boundary wall at a house in Carnock have been rejected by Fife Council.

His application explained that work had already begun because the applicant's consultant "advised that no consent was required".
A council report explained: "Insufficient information has been submitted to allow a full assessment of the proposal.
"Due to the lack of information provided, it has not been possible to determine whether the proposal would have a detrimental impact in terms of surface water drainage."
