FIFE Council has increased the amount they pay for school clothing grants.
The amount has increased to £130 for each primary school pupil and £160 for high school pupils.
They paid the first clothing grant into bank accounts on Thursday, July 4.
These payments were finalised before the new amount was agreed.

If you received a payment on July 4, the council will pay a one-off top up of £10 per child on Thursday, July 11.
Everyone will receive the new amount from Thursday.
