A DUNFERMLINE woman was subjected to a campaign of abuse by her former partner which went on for almost two years.
The culprit was 32-year-old James Kennedy, who has appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
Kennedy, of Den Walk, Buckhaven, admitted that between February 1 2022, and January 18 this year, at Meadow Place, Dunfermline and elsewhere, he engaged in an abusive course of conduct towards his partner.
He sent her emails in which he threatened to cut her throat.
He sent her a photograph of a knife, sent her videos of himself and voicemails in which he threatened her with violence.
He attended at the home of her mother, shouted at her, repeatedly banged on the door at Meadow Place.
He attended there in possession of a knife, shouted, swore, posted offensive and derogatory content about her and her family online, repeatedly sent her emails containing offensive and derogatory comments.
He also threatened to attend at her home and assault any male present.
Sheriff David Hall called for reports and Kennedy will be sentenced on August 7.
