A PEDESTRIAN has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car in West Fife.
The incident on the A92 eastbound took place on Sunday evening, July 14, and involved a car and a 21-year-old male pedestrian who has since been taken to the Royal Infirmary.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 10.50pm on Sunday, July 14, to a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on the A92 eastbound near the Halbeath to Crossgates roundabout.

“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 21-year-old man, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
“No-one else was injured and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.
“The eastbound carriageway was closed and re-opened around 6.50am on Monday, July 15.”
