EMERGENCY services raced to the scene of a car fire near Rosyth in the past hour.
A vehicle was seen ablaze on the A823 with two fire appliances called out to tackle the flames.
The fire was extinguished quickly with crews able to leave the scene in under 20 minutes.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We received a call of a car alight on the A823 in the Dunfermline area.
“We received a call at 4.29pm and mobilised two appliances to the scene.
“We left the scene at about 4.48pm.”
There were no injuries to report.
