A Dunfermline driver who refused to take a breath test has been given a 30-month ban.
Darren Duncan, 43, of Clunie Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 29th June at Elgin Street, Dunfermline, he failed to comply with a roadside breath test when suspected of having been driving a car which had been involved in an accident.
Then at Dunfermline police station he failed to provide breath samples.
Sheriff Donald Ferguson banned Duncan from driving for 30 months and fined him £670.
