THE Hillend Tavern has been named Scottish Pub of the Year 2024 for the second time in a row.
The popular pub, located in the village's Main Street, got the top prize from Kingdom of Fife CAMRA.
And it is not the first time the business has had reason to celebrate.
They recently secured the Pub of the Year title from the Scotland and Northern Ireland branch of CAMRA and the Kingdom of Fife Pub of the Year title.
CAMRA is a consumer organisation which aims to promote quality real ale, cider and perry, as well as successful pubs in communities.
As previously reported in the Press, the pub’s successes were even recognised at Westminster with then MPs Neale Hanvey and Douglas Chapman sponsoring an Early Day Motion congratulating the Hillend Tavern on its achievements.

“We’re delighted and are always proud of what we do. We love and appreciate our hard working team as they have yet again done it!”
The pub will now be presented with its award in due course.
