THE POPULAR Donkey Brae Races took place as part of Aberdour Festival on Sunday.
This year’s event had the popular seven mile run, a shorter two mile run, and a one mile fun run for everyone to take part in.
Alongside the race there was a village market with refreshments and entertainment.
A post on their Facebook page said: “In total we had 680 runners across the three different races.
“It was great to see such a fantastic turn out on what we think was the hottest day of the year.
“Special shout-outs to Andrew winning his third consecutive title and Gregor winning his second.
“Also it was great to see Billy McNeil, the first ever winner of the race back in 1984, running the race he never misses (at least you didn't have to set up the course this time Billy.)
