A Dunfermline man had a knife in his possession in the city centre.
Jonathon Sinclair, 45, of Headwell Avenue, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He previously admitted that on 20th February last year at Kirkgate, Dunfermline, he was unlawfully in possession of a knife.
Defence solicitor Alan Davie said there was no doctor’s report on whether his client was fit to do unpaid work.
Sentence was deferred until 12th August.
