A SMASH-HIT sensation is back at the Fringe for the third year running and we've got tickets to be won.

Shamilton, an ad-libbed spoof of the Broadway musical, Hamilton, is an hour of completely unchoreographed choreography and unrehearsed hip hop delights, which sold out its entire run in Edinburgh last year.

The audience chooses a historical figure/celebrity and the cast and their band, The Shamiltones, improvise an epic musical in its entirety.

Every night is a new musical with the songs, dialogue and plot all being improvised. One night it could be David Attenborough, tomorrow Teletubby Tinky Winky.

A now Fringe institution, Baby Wants Candy were the team behind international smash-hits Thrones! The Musical (which had a month’s run at the Sydney Opera House) and 50 Shades!

They have launched the careers of various top comedic actors and writers in the US including Craig Cackowski (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Arrested Development), Jack McBrayer (Kenneth in 30 Rock) and Vanessa Bayer and Aidy Bryant (Saturday Night Live).

Shamilton still continues to sell out shows throughout the States from Chicago to New York to LA to Washington DC.

And now a lucky Dunfermline Press reader has the chance to win a pair of tickets to see Shamilton at the Assembly George Square Studios on Wednesday, August 14.

For the chance to win, tell us what musical Shamilton is based on?

Send your answer, along with your name, phone number, and email address, to editorial@dunfermlinepress.co.uk .

Entries close at noon on Monday, August 12.
