DUNFERMLINE'S Fire Station Creative is set to welcome a soul singer next weekend.
Robert McIntosh was originally set to perform at the venue back in April but had to reschedule the event due to illness.
However, he will now be singing in the city on Sunday, August 18.
He said: "I always look forward to playing at the Fire Station, as it is such a magnet for real art and artists.
"It gives me the chance to sing songs that I wouldn’t sing in other venues.
"This is such a relief to me to be able to express myself with the kind of songs that I listened to growing up.”
Robert has performed alongside the likes of Womack & Womack on their 1989 European tour, as well as supporting other well-known artists of the Soul world, including The Blues Band and Karen White.
And venue director, Ian Moir, is expecting this to be another successful show for the performer.
He added: “Robert is an incredible performer with a wide range of music that appeals to our audience. We expect his show to sell out as it has many times before.”
Doors will open at 6.30pm with music to start at 7pm.
Tickets cost £12 and are available to buy from the Eventbrite website or at the Fire Station Creative Cafe/Bar.
