A DALGETY BAY man is expanding his business with a new venue in South Queensferry after having "great success" in Dunfermline.
Andrew Edwards opened his first Edwards Bar and Grill on Hospital Hill last year - the former Jokers - and now he's hopped across the Forth to replicate the winning formula.
He's launched another bar, grill and entertainment space on the site of the old Inchcolm Inn, on Hopetoun Road in South Queensferry.
It opened on Friday and Andrew told the Press: "Edwards in Dunfermline has been a great success for us, so when the opportunity arose to open a second venue in such an iconic location, we grabbed it with both hands!"
Edwards will bring a range of meals from their grill seven days a week, including seafood, meat and vegetarian options. The bar area will also host karaoke, live music and screen sporting events and it has a beer garden.
He continued: "The bar will be firmly rooted in the local community, but we're looking forward to welcoming tourists too. Edwards is a place where everyone is welcome!
"We'll be serving food every day, including breakfast at the weekend and we'll have regular karaoke nights, party nights, pub quizzes and live music. Essentially, we want to create a venue where there's always something happening."
