TRAFFIC is building on the M90 following an accident near Rosyth.
The incident, which involved a vehicle that was still attached to an overturned caravan, occurred at the Junction 2 onslip.
Emergency services were in attendance.
On their website, Traffic Scotland said: "The M90 southbound at Junction 2 onslip is currently restricted due to a road traffic accident. Road users are advised to take caution on approach and allow extra time for their journey."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 12.38 pm on Friday, 23 August to reports of a road traffic collision involving a private car with a caravan on the M90 southbound near Dunfermline.
"Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances to the scene.
"Crews have now left the scene after ensuring the area was safe."
