WORK is continuing to repair broken headstones at a West Fife graveyard.
The memorials were toppled at Carnock Kirk earlier this month.
At the time, local councillor Sam Steele expressed fears that it had been an act of vandalism rather than weather damage and this week revealed that more gravestones had been damaged than previously thought.
Providing an update this week on Facebook, she said a couple of the headstones had been broken.

"I'm not sure at this point if we will be able to fully repair them," a council spokesperson told her. "There were far more down than it first appeared."
Cllr Steele added: "The police are liaising with bereavement services re the extent of damage and are looking to raising a crime record.
"All of the toppled stones have been re-erected."
