A 45-year-old man caught with "extreme" porn in Dalgety Bay has been sentenced.
James Corstorphine, who had images of people engaged in sex acts with dogs, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
The material was discovered following a police raid.
Corstorphine, now of Loanfoot Crescent, Uphall, admitted that on 10th February 2022 at Glencoul Avenue, Dalgety Bay, he was in possession of extreme pornographic images depicting sexual acts involving animals.
Depute fiscal Annie Henderson previously told the court that a search warrant had been executed in connection with another matter.
Electronic devices were seized and it was later found that there were eight images of extreme pornography.
The images were accessible and the depute described the various sexual acts involving dogs which were shown.
Sheriff Krista Johnston imposed a community payback order with 100 hours of unpaid work.
