DALGETY BAY Sports and Leisure Centre hosted an open weekend to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

The facility on Harbour Drive, operated by Fife Sports and Leisure Trust, held a range of activities on Saturday for everyone to get stuck into.

This included outdoor boot camp, silent disco yoga, and a pickleball tournament.

Families also enjoyed "come and try" racquet sports sessions and there was bouncy castles for youngsters, as well as cake cutting and coffee.

Celebrations continued into Sunday with two football tournaments held in collaboration with Inverkeithing Hillfield Swifts.

There was a 5-a-side competition for kids aged five to nine and a 7-a-side tournament for those aged ten to 16.

The event was a chance to celebrate health and wellness in the community, and people interested in attending an activity were encouraged to book in advance.
