A DUNFERMLINE primary school is up for an honour in the Scots Language Awards.
Touch Primary has been nominated for the Scots Schuil o the Year category for its dedication to showcasing the Scots language as part of their curriculum.
Voting for the awards is open until September 8 and members of the local community are being urged to cast their votes at www.scotslanguageawards.com.
The final for the contest will be held in Cumnock Town Hall on September 14.
