A Rosyth man whose careless driving resulted in a collision with an oncoming car has avoided a ban.
Kyle Baxter, 29, of Lothians View, Rosyth, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 4th June 2021 at Limekilns Road, Dunfermline, he drove a car carelessly.
He failed to safely negotiate a left-hand bend, drove on the opposing carriageway in the face of oncoming traffic and collided with a car.
Baxter had his licence endorsed with eight penalty points.
