DALGETY Community Trust are inviting members of the public to an open day to discuss plans for the town's new £6 million hub.
The long-held ambition is to open a multi-purpose facility and locals can get an update on the project and the funding available on Saturday.
The trust have visuals and plans to show what it could be - they've already got £2m from Fife Council - if they achieve their aim of replacing the existing community centre in Dalgety Bay with a new hub.
Phil Evans, chair of Dalgety community trust, said “We have made a great start on bringing forward proposals for the new hub. Residents, local groups and businesses have all played a major role in helping us to shape the new building.
“There is much more to do, and we want to continue to involve members of our community every step of the way towards delivering this bold new vision for our town centre.”
As previously reported in the Press, residents were urged to have their say on the new facility earlier in the year.

The drop-in event on Saturday will be at The Kabin in Dalgety Bay from 10am until 4pm.
Phil added: “This open day really matters, as it’s another chance to see the blueprints for our future community space and discuss how this hub will cater to the needs of all residents.
“We would love as many people as possible to come and share their thoughts and ideas.
"This feedback will be invaluable and will help shape the new community hub into a place that truly represents the spirit and needs of Dalgety Bay.”
